After the success of its first installment, the organizers of Hexagon Cup, the padel tournament that aims to revolutionize the sport in the 20×10 format, have confirmed that the innovative team competition will return to the Madrid Arena in January 2025. The tentative dates for this second edition would be from January 29 to February 2.

"We are pleased to announce that in 2025 Hexagon Cup will return to Madrid, the world capital of padel and a city where, according to some studies, this sport is already the most practiced even above soccer," highlights Simon Freer, president of Hexagon Cup. "Our goal was to create something that would take the fan, the player and the world of padel in general to new levels, and that is precisely what we have achieved. We are committed to the growth and development of the event, which will be even bigger and better when we return next year to Madrid," concludes Freer.

Under the slogan "For the Fans. For the Players. For the Game", Hexagon Cup is an annual padel exhibition in which the world's best male, female and Next Gen players compete together in teams for an impressive prize of one million euros, one of the highest in the sport. In addition to being the first team competition, another of the main attractions of Hexagon Cup is that each team is led by world-renowned figures from different fields such as sports, business or entertainment, such as Eva Longoria (Eleven Eleven Team USA), Andy Murray (Team AD/Vantage), F.C. Barcelona footballer Robert Lewandowski (RL9), Rafa Nadal's Academy (Rafa Nadal Academy powered by Richard Mille), and Puerto Rican businessman Carlos López-Lay (Team Bella Puerto Rico).

Each team is made up of 3 pairs who, divided into two groups, compete in a series of exciting matches to qualify for the semifinals. In the first edition, the AD/Vantage team, led by Andy Murray, won the overall title thanks to the victories of Martín Di Nenno and Juan Tello in the men's category, and Sofía Araujo and Delfina Brea in the women's category. Meanwhile, Robert Lewandowski's RL9 team came in second place, thanks to the pair formed by Enzo Jensen and David Gala taking the title in the Next Gen category.
